What a wonderful time of year ! 

All the newness.... birds singing, blooms galore with beautiful rich colors.

I've decided that this year is going to be all about 'the newness'.  I'm entering my first double challenge.  CAS-ual Fridays April showers bring May flowers

Slug bug ....

Cas-ual Fridays challenge this week is 'getting your sketch on'....I actually had a hard time trying to figure out what to do.  Needless to say, I kind of switched things around a little.

I found this beetle stamp several years ago at an Estate sale....it matches up nicely with the 'just to bug you' stamp...don't ya think?

Opposites Attract...

Remember Paula Abdul's song..."Opposites attract"?  I loved that song.
I really enjoyed coming up with an opposites attract color scheme for this weeks challenge at CAS-ual Fridays.

 I used yellow & purple....so, whatcha think? 

Just Because....

Ahhhhh...a day off in the middle of the week.  After some cleaning I decided that I needed to play.  I haven't used my Big Shot & Copics for awhile, soooo....I'm playing along with Bombshell Stamps April Sketch Challenge today.  I have several of the Bombshell stamps and love the blog....so, how'd I do?

What a week....I'm glad that I had an opportunity to sit down & put a simple little card together this morning.  The sun's shining...the birds are chirping....

Cas-ual Friday's challenge was something you'd find in an Easter basket....of coarse nothing's better than a little bunny.
